1. Driving Lessons & Services
All driving lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to instructor availability.
The student must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence and present it on their first lesson.
Students must be physically and mentally fit to drive. Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
Our driving instructors reserve the right to reschedule your lessons at short notice in the event of any mechanical issues or any other difficulties outside the driving instructor’s control.
All learners should be punctual for their driving lessons. In the event of a learner not turning up, your instructor will normally wait for 15 minutes then they will cancel the lesson.
If an instructor is late due to unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to contact the pupil. Any time lost will be made up by the instructor, either at the end of the lesson or on another lesson.
2. Payments and Cancellations
Payment for lessons can be made online, by bank transfer, or in cash (if pre-agreed).
Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide this notice will result in the lesson being charged in full.
Block bookings and discounted packages are non-refundable after the first lesson has been completed.
3. Pricing
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect lessons already booked and paid.
You are not allowed to sell or transfer any driving lessons you have booked to any other person.
4. Conduct
Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards instructors or staff will not be tolerated and may lead to termination of lessons without refund.
Students must always follow the instructor’s safety instructions at all times.
You must inform your driving instructor of any penalty points, convictions or driving disqualifications before starting your first driving lesson.
While your instructor will provide supervision and advice, you are responsible for all your actions when you are in a driving lesson. Any fines or penalties incurred are your responsibility.
6. Vehicle Use for Tests
Use of the driving school vehicle for practical tests is subject to instructor approval and availability.
The instructor reserves the right to refuse the use of the vehicle for a test if the student is deemed not test-ready.
9. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Personal information collected via our website or during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.
